These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Global Stack Rank mobile app and related services (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Global Stack Rank provides a social leaderboard experience where users maintain a “stack” balance and compete for rank. The Service is for entertainment and status-based competition.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an entity, you represent you have authority to bind that entity.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.
You must provide accurate information where required and keep your account information up to date.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm the Service or other users.

4. Stacks — Digital Item Only (Important)

Stacks are digital items used only within the Service.

No cash value: Stacks are not money, not a bank account, and have no real-world monetary value.
No redemption: Stacks cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or withdrawn for cash or any real-world value.
Status only: Leaderboard rankings reflect in-app activity and stack balances only.
No investment: Nothing in the Service is an investment product, financial advice, or a promise of earnings.

5. Purchases

Purchases of stacks (or other digital items) are processed through Apple In-App Purchase.
All sales are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple’s payment, refund, and subscription rules.
If you experience a delivery issue, use Restore Purchases in the app or contact support.
Prices and availability may change at any time.

6. User Content

You may be able to upload or submit content (e.g., profile photo, bio, links). You retain ownership of your content, but you grant us a license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute it solely to operate and improve the Service.

You agree not to post content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or otherwise abusive.

7. Acceptable Use

No cheating, manipulation, automation, scraping, or abuse of the leaderboard.
No impersonation, doxxing, or sharing personal information of others.
No spamming, phishing, or attempting to bypass authentication or security.
No use of the Service in a way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for other users, or harmed the Service. We may also remove content that violates these Terms.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Rankings and displayed information may change and may be delayed.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Global Stack Rank will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the effective date and may provide notice in the app. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
